World Federation of Trade Unions
The WFTU held a Web Meeting to discuss about the Caesar Act against the Peoples of Syria, Lebanon, Iran, Iraq and others, where brother Jamal Kadri, WFTU Vice President and President of GFTU Syria, brother Adnan Azzouz , Director of WFTU Middle East Regional Office from GFTU Syria, brother Ali Taher Yassine, President of Alwafaa Lebanon and brother Ghassan Ghosn, ICATU General Secretary participated. During the meeting, the consequences of the sanctions imposed by the USA to the workers of the concerned countries were analysed and militant initiatives against Caesar Act were proposed, which will be utilized for future WFTU concrete activities against this cruel Act.
