World Federation of Trade Unions
The World Federation of Trade Unions, on behalf of its 105 million members in 133 countries on the five continents, extends its internationalist solidarity to the workers and People of Palestine, who are once more facing an escalated aggression by the state of Israel. The world’s class-oriented trade union movement strongly condemns the ongoing aggression against Palestinians, the murdering of nine Palestinians, among whom three children, by the airstrikes unleashed by Israel at Gaza Strip, the brutal attacks against Palestinians at Al-Aqsa Mosque area and the efforts to displace Palestinian families from their houses at Sheikh Jarrah area, in East Jerusalem. We demand the immediate end of weeks-long aggression against Palestinians by Israel in East Jerusalem and Gaza Strip and the end of murders and arrests of our Palestinian brothers and sisters by Israeli occupation forces.
