The leadership of UFABWU and the agricultural workers in Uganda send warm greetings to WFTU. We thank you and appreciate the support WFTU has so far accorded to African workers’ unions and to UFABWU in particular in Uganda in a number of activities in Africa. We are pleased to inform you that through UFABWU baby of AGRO GO PLAY, we had a victory in winning Table Tennis children competition In My Gender My Strength Under 14 years game at the National sports stadium at Lugogo on 27th November 2021 with Doubles, Team Events and in Singles with six CUPS in Uganda. We look forward through Agro Go Play (AGP) to promote the activities and programs of World Federation of Trade Unions (WFTU) in Uganda through Table Tennis and Badminton to advance the development of children, youth and women programs as well as environmental and sustainable development provisions. Awareness and sensitization on the International legal framework of rights of children, youth and women, suppression by the capitalist forces, social, economic and rights awareness through Table Tennis and Badminton sport in the agricultural sector in Uganda. We look forward to strengthening our cooperation between UFABWU Uganda and World Federation of Trade Unions (WFTU). We highly appreciate and thank you specifically as WFTU General Secretary, a key fundamental great leader who have contributed and impacted on the workers’ fraternity across the globe against the imperialists and capitalist’s suppression and dominance, and for all the previous support you have so far rendered to UFABWU in Uganda.
