Thousands of workers protested in Panama, demanding concrete measures against rising prices and the cost of living, as well as reducing the price of medicines, food, and fuel. The march took place on Tuesday, June 28th, 2022, towards the Presidency of the Republic and the members of the WFTU in Panama were on the front line.
The World Federation of Trade Unions representing 105 million workers from 100 trade unions in 133 countries expresses its full support and internationalist solidarity with the just demands of Panama workers.
