At the large rally of the KNE in Volos, the following also addressed the gathering: Astor Garcia – General Secretary of the CC of the Communist Party of the Workers of Spain, Pavel Blanco – First Secretary of the CC of the Communist Party Mexico and Kemal Okuyan – General Secretary of the CC of the Communist Party of Turkey. The keynote speaker of the rally was Nikos Ambatielos, Secretary of the Central Council of the KNE.
