Bangladesh Govt. Employees Coordination Council (BGECC) organized a National Assembly meeting on 23 October at National Press Club, Dhaka. Assembly presided by president Mr. M A Hannan. Secretary General Mr. Nezamuddin Patwary described the present situation of a high rate of daily needs. BGECC gives an ultimatum to the govt. of Bangladesh to implement a national pay scale before 31 December 2022.
