Diesen Dienstag freuen wir uns auf den Vortrag: „Inwiefern ist BIoökonomie eine Lösung?“ von Kerstin Kuchta! Als Leitung des Instituts „Circular Resources Engineering and Management“ und Professorin an der TUHH ist sie eine Expertin auf ihrem Gebiet. Bereits im Studium beschäftigte sie sich mit Environment Engineering, heute liegen ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte vor allem auf der Kreislaufwirtschaft, Abfallmanagement, sowie biobasierten und konventionellen Polymeren.
Die Idee, möglichst viel sinnvol weiterzunutzen motiviert Kerstin Kuchta auch heute.

Today, we are looking forward to the lecture “To what extent can bioeconomy be a solution?” by Kerstin Kuchta! As head of the “Circular Resources Engineering and Management” institute and a professor at TUHH, she is an expert in her field. She was already focused on environmental engineering during her studies. Today, her research prioritises the circular economy, waste management, as well as bio-based and conventional polymers.
Kerstin Kuchta is still motivated by the idea of reusing as much as possible.
