The World Federation of Trade Unions is present at the strike of TELMEX workers in Mexico.
The strike is over the violation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, mainly in two aspects:
– Telmex wants to disappear clause 149 of the contract, which refers to the retirement of new workers.
– Failure to comply with the 1,942 vacancies previously negotiated.
