UNDECA (UNION NACIONAL DE IMPLEADOS DE LA CAJA Y LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL) and Calderón Guardia Hospital workers took the streets protesting under the slogan: ¡ΝΟ! ΤΟ THE PRIVATIZATION OF THE SERVICES OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY FUND.
The intentions of private companies and traditional political leaders seek to discontinue the services provided by the foundation with the Fund’s staff and to hand them over to third parties as a business. This is despite the fact that the Calderón Guardia Hospital has the necessary staff to continue to provide the service.
