The WFTU General Secretary Pambis Kyritsis participates to the 43rd Session of the General Council of Organisation of African Trade Union Unity (OATUU) in Cairo Egypt. The session takes place 18th-20th of October and will host affiliates from various African countries.
The General Council meeting will be preceded by a two-day joint conference with ACTRAV under the theme ‘Extending Social Protection for All’.
The WFTU GS meets our members and friends from Egypt Senegal Niger Chad Burkina Fasso and the 50 African countries. He also met with the OATUU GS Arezhki Mezhoud and the leadership of UGTA Algerie.
The WFTU delegation meets with affiliates and friends from Egypt Mozambique Libya Ghana and other countries exchanging on the implementation of the 18 WFTU CONGRESS Rome declaration.
