The World Federation of Trade Unions, representing 105 million workers in 133 countries of the five continents, extends its solidarity to the workers of Benghazi Cement Company in Libya, who have been protesting for the improvement of their working conditions. We urge the responsible parties to fulfill the workers’ demands, among which the payment of their salaries. The workers of Benghazi Cement Company work in a region hit by conflicts and imperialist competitions.
