The delegation of PAME and the ENEDEP-COSCO union visited on Wednesday 19 October the TOTAL refinery in La Mède in France, which continues the strike. There they met with the CGT Total La Mède union. Fabien Cros, General Secretary of the CGT Total La Mède union, in his welcome, stressed the importance of the solidarity received from workers all over the world in encouraging the striking workers who fight against the threats of the government and employers, which received important response with the large participation in the strike on 18/10. The workers are demanding wage increases, health and safety measures and stable employment relations.
